PRE-CONSTRUCTION
We guide you through the pre‑construction journey to ensure the design suits your site and your needs. You can choose from one of our pre-designed homes, or if a custom build is needed, we will work with you to design your dream home.

PLANS & APPROVALS
Here we do the heavy lifting and take care of documentation during the approvals stage to ensure the process runs smoothly. We work closely with our engineer and building designer to save you the headache.

CONTRACT
We'll review and finalise your contract documents, ensuring all details are in place. Payment terms include an initial deposit, progress payments and final payment on completion of your build.

CONSTRUCTION
We will commence construction at our site in Wynyard and keep you updated on the progress of the build, you're welcome to visit along the way. Once completed we organise delivery and site install if needed.
